Do you own an electric blanket? Is it safe to use? I have so many questions about this thing since we’re planning to buy one. Eventhough “ber” months were finally over, it’s still cold in our place. It’s like rainy + windy season or something. LOL.

Moving on, as I have seen in the internet, an electric blanket, or sometimes called heated blanket, is a cool blanket with an integrated electrical heating device usually placed above the top bed sheet. It usually have a control unit which adjusts the amount of heat the blanket produces. The electric blanket may be used to pre-heat the bed before use or to keep the occupant warm while in bed.

I was just curious on how this electric blanket thingy really works. Is it really really safe to use? Maybe it will catch a fire or something. Or maybe it will electrocute the person using it. LOL. Well I guess I need to research more about this thing so that I would be very sure of it before buying one. Watcha think?
